DLT Content Templates Update in Web Portal<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n

How to Add\/ Update DLT Approved Content Templates in Teleo SMS Web Portal?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 1: (add DLT PE ID to Sender ID)<\/em><\/h3>\n

1) Login to your Teleo SMS Web Portal account.<\/p>\n

2) Go to SMS\u00a0 > My Sender IDs.<\/strong><\/p>\n

3) Add \/ Edit DLT PE ID to your Sender ID (Header).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 2: (Add Templates)<\/h3>\n

2) Go to My Templates<\/strong> in SMS menu (Left Menu).<\/p>\n

3) Click on ‘Add New Template<\/strong>‘.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

4) Add your DLT approved Content template details. (It will be approved in 30 minutes.)<\/p>\n

*Now your Content Template added in Teleo Web Portal.<\/p>\n

5) To Send SMS<\/strong>: Go to Send SMS > Select options and Select Template<\/strong> (Below Message text field).<\/p>\n

6) Select your approved Content template from list.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

7) Selected template content and DLT Template ID will be filled in Message Text fields.<\/p>\n

8) Replace {#var#} with your message content, and Send SMS.<\/p>\n

Important Notes:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Message format should be same as approved in DLT.<\/li>\n
  • Header and Template should be same as approved in DLT.<\/li>\n
  • Test with a single SMS before sending in bulk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
